Visual Merchandising:
* Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that is compelling to guests.
* Develop visual decision-making skills and communicate our brand effectively.
Operations Knowledge:
* Administer company policies and procedures in a fair and consistent manner.
* Assist with scheduling team members to deliver excellent service and maximize sales.
* Perform and supervise store opening/closing procedures.
