This is a busy and dynamic role where you'll be the key link between production managers, supervisors, and operators-supporting scheduling, data reporting, return-to-work tracking, and more.
You'll work directly with the Head of Operations and provide daily support to a team of 4 production managers and 80+ operators.
Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update weekly operations schedules Coordinate holiday management and return-to-work processes Compile production data and run reports on yield, absenteeism, and labour hours Upload schedules to internal systems and assist with clock-in/clock-out queries Support the team with tracking training, skill matrices, and system usage Liaise with supervisors and planners daily to ensure smooth running of operations What We're Looking For: Someone confident using Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, SUMIF, COUNTIF, etc.) Strong attention to detail and ability to spot trends in data A people-person who enjoys supporting others but can also work independently Ability to take direction and manage tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced office Previous experience in a busy operations or admin environment desirable No food experience necessary - the right mindset and IT skills are more important Why This Role?
