Commis Chef who will also be responsible for kitchen management duties.
Responsible for monitoring and ordering stock.
Responsible for preparation in the Kitchen and ensuring that orders are made in a high quality and timely manner.
Minimum of 2 years experience as a commis chef required.
Will be required to assist the culinary team in producing high quality meals and services within required deadlines in a Chinese cuisine.
Must have the ability to work well under pressure with a high level of attention to detail required.
Experience in Chinese cuisine required.
Knowledge of HACCP required.
