Enter this Irish‑owned Managed‑Service Provider (MSP) known for its exceptional, customer‑centric delivery of Cloud and Cyber Security services, where you’ll be joining as the first Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) to build the commercial engine for their next phase of growth.
They’re entering a deliberate next phase of growth and are now looking for a thoughtful people leader who has developed and successfully executed a go‑to‑market strategy in a technology business.
Experience
Building and systemising an entire revenue function, including sales process, qualification methodology, forecasting discipline, pricing strategy, and commercial documentation.
Driving pipeline creation and revenue growth in a technology‑led business, ideally in cloud or cybersecurity services.
Developing alliance/partner‑led growth strategy.
Establishing mature Revenue Operations, with clear reporting, dashboards, performance rhythms, and leadership‑level visibility into metrics and outcomes.
Team leadership and elevating a sales team’s performance through capability assessments, coaching, filling gaps, and collaborating well across delivery, finance, and operations.
Exposure to M&A is a major bonus.
Compensation and progression
Median base salary of €120,000 – €140,000 with an OTE of €180,000 – €210,000.
The scope for equity or shareholding depends on the individual, along with the possibility of growing into a CEO if that aligns with your goals.
The interview process
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 30‑minute screening, progressing to a 1‑hour video interview with Trive, the recruitment partner for this vacancy. There will then be a three‑stage interview process with the company.
