Senior Management Position
We are seeking a senior management individual to take on a key leadership role within our organization. As a senior manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the marketing, sales, and operations functions, reporting directly to the Managing Director.
Your primary objective will be to develop and achieve strategic goals, while delivering operational budgets and ensuring the continued growth and success of the company.
You will be responsible for developing new business verticals, growing existing customer relationships through cross-selling, and building upon an established customer base with significant business growth potential.
Additionally, you will be expected to secure, introduce, and develop new manufacturing and supply partners, as appropriate, and integrate and bolt on acquisitions in core and related areas.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* An engineering background and degree-level education
* Technical sales experience
* Experience in BEMS, Humidification, and/or Air Handling (advantageous)
* A proven track record in managing and achieving business development and growth
* Strong influencing skills, resilience, and tenacity
* High-level intellect, strong interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and focus on detail
* Entrepreneurial thinker with drive, enthusiasm, and a desire for success
* Strong customer service ethic
