Job Summary:
This is a critical role that oversees all contract administration and commercial management activities on-site and off-site. As the Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage contract administration and commercial management activities across various projects.
* Prepare, review, and negotiate agreements with subcontractors and suppliers.
* Monitor project budgets, variations, and cost control measures to ensure successful project delivery.
* Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders on contractual matters.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in contract administration and commercial management.
* Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement processes, and commercial management principles.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
* Relevant qualifications in construction management, quantity surveying, or related field.
