Personal Assistant to Group CEO (Part-time Role) Our client, a well-established and leading business nationwide is now seeking a dedicated and professional Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant to join their team based in their Limerick city offices where you will be working directly with the Group CEO of the business.
You will be mainly focused on supporting the CEO, and the successful candidate will possess discretion, maturity, and flexibility, alongside essential experience in finance or bookkeeping and administration.
Location: Limerick city.
Duration: Part-time Permanent Expected Hours: 20 hours per week approx.
(5 mornings per week) This is a new role that will work closely with the Group CEO and the duties will include: Directly assisting the CEO with administrative duties including invoice processing, banking and payments and the maintenance of records for tax return preparation.
Managing incoming correspondence to the CEO (post, calls and emails) and being the first point of contact for incoming enquiries, including from a small number of tenants.
The management and maintenance of the CEOs files and filing systems.
Assisting the CEO with meetings including the scheduling of meetings, agenda circulation and the recording of minutes and actions as and when required.
Making travel arrangements for the CEO and assisting the wider group with the booking of travel, accommodation and meeting rooms.
Other ad hoc duties and errands as required by the CEO from time to time.
Previous Experience Required: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or an Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.
Experience in finance or bookkeeping, including banking and payments and assisting with the preparation of tax-related documents.
Experience managing emails and handling queries from diverse stakeholders.
Prior experience in data management and maintaining KPIs is advantageous.
