Managing and developing relationships with existing school clients
Proactively identifying and winning new business opportunities in the education sector
Understanding each school's ICT requirements and advising on tailored solutions (Wi-Fi, interactive displays, managed support, cloud migration, etc.)
Collaborating with our engineering and support teams to prepare proposals and deliver value
Maintaining accurate pipeline and forecasting data in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
What Skills You Need
3+ years' experience in a business development or technical sales role
Proven track record of selling IT systems, AV, or managed services into the education or SME sectors
Strong technical acumen – ability to confidently discuss ICT solutions with school principals and ICT coordinators
Excellent communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills
Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel throughout the Mid-West region

€45,000–€55,000 depending on experience
