have partnered with a leading consumer company in North Dublin to recruit for a
Business Strategy Manager
. This role is responsible for leading and developing the business improvement strategy for Ireland.
6-12 month contract and fully onsite.
Responsibilities:
* Support the development and delivery of Ireland's business and operational strategy.
* Lead cross-functional improvement projects that meet company goals and Irish regulatory standards.
* Drive transformation using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, or similar methodologies.
* Plan, manage, and report on improvement initiatives using project management best practices.
* Identify and implement data-driven improvements to processes, systems, and structures.
* Facilitate workshops and meetings to uncover opportunities and align stakeholders.
* Provide strategic and operational guidance on process optimisation for the Irish market.
* Work closely with support teams (Finance, HR, IT) to ensure successful implementation.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers.
* Benchmark performance against Irish and European standards.
* Promote continuous improvement and deliver training to build internal capability.
* Support effective change management across the business.
Requirements:
* 6+ years' experience in business improvement, operational excellence & process optimisation
* Experience applying project management methodologies and using project management tools
* Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, and process mapping tools
* Strong project management, change management and process improvement skills
* Experience in the Irish or European business environment preferred
