A Pharmaceutical Project is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a specialist contractor delivering a state-of-the-art manufacturing project in Limerick, Ireland.

The successful candidate will play a key role in the commercial management of the project, supporting cost control, subcontractor management, and financial reporting while working within a collaborative and well-structured team.
1. Manage day-to-day commercial activities for the pharmaceutical project.
2. Measure works from drawings and specifications and prepare cost plans and valuations.
3. Assist with procurement of subcontractor packages including tender analysis and contract placement.
4. Manage subcontractor accounts payments variations and final accounts.
5. Track project costs cash flow forecasting in line with project targets. -----------------------------------
