About The Team
The Voyager team at Anduril Industries is an engineering and design division with a vast experience in developing innovative computing and communications solutions for the network edge. The team specializes in integrating enterprise networking capabilities from global IT leaders with purpose‑built hardware and software platforms designed to meet market demands for the most stringent environmental requirements.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst to join our Supply Chain team in Dublin. This role is heavily focused on the materials management of the supply chain. The ideal candidate is extremely diligent, with a high level of attention to detail and business acumen in inventory management.
Key Responsibilities
Using SAP Business One for stock dispositions
Monitor and analyze information to ensure adequate inventory of components and initiate transfers or additional supply as needed
Work with the ERP system and Microsoft Excel to sanitize and build up Bill of Materials (BOM) including revision control
Process MRPs through to completion of Production Orders
Assist with Master Scheduling
Assist with the RMA process
Utilize relevant IT systems such as SAP Business One, Salesforce, Slack, and email for internal communication and record keeping regarding production activities and responding to queries
Other tasks in support of the Production Team
Work closely with contract manufacturers and align orders
Review and verify manufacturers genealogy databases into Anduril finished goods
Key Skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to create and present reports to all levels of management
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Required Qualifications
Relevant qualification in Supply Chain
Experienced working in multiple Supply Chain functions, including at least three of the following areas: stock management, production, MRP, and purchasing
Experienced SAP user using the above module functions
Strong competence in Microsoft Excel
High level of accuracy
Minimum 3 years relevant experience
Ability to work on your own initiative with good organizational, planning, and time management skills
Previous experience in an SAP Production Environment

€46 000—€61 000 EUR
