We’re partnering with a leading international organisation looking to hire an experienced professional to support the design and delivery of their reward and compensation strategies across the EMEA region.
This role offers the opportunity to shape and enhance regional compensation practices while collaborating closely with HR teams and business leaders.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement regional reward programs, including base salary frameworks, bonus structures and incentive initiatives, ensuring consistency with global guidelines and local market expectations.
* Lead key elements of the annual reward cycle such as salary reviews, promotions and variable pay, with a focus on fairness, governance and compliance across multiple countries.
* Act as a regional subject matter expert on compensation matters, identifying areas for improvement, supporting system/process upgrades, and promoting best practices.
* Provide analytical support for compensation reviews, including job evaluations, market pricing and internal benchmarking to support decision-making and pay alignment.
* Serve as a point of contact for HR colleagues and line managers on reward queries, policies and regional practices.
* Support occasional benefits-related tasks as needed, including issue resolution and employee queries.
* Maintain and update compensation data across relevant systems, ensuring accuracy for reporting and analysis.
* Deliver reporting on compensation trends, market insights and internal metrics to influence strategy and continuous improvement.
* Ensure all compensation practices align with local legislation, tax considerations and regulatory frameworks across the EMEA region.
Ideal Background
* Prior experience in a compensation or total rewards role with regional (EMEA) scope.
* Strong understanding of salary structures, pay benchmarking and reward cycles.
* Exposure to benefits or a willingness to support benefits administration when needed.
* Skilled in data interpretation and confident working with Excel and HR systems.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
* Comfortable working across multiple geographies and time zones in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
