5 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, or business development, or 3 years with an advanced degree.
Fluent communication in English and Norwegian to engage with regional clients.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience in hunting, acquisition, and start-up environments.
Experience in planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, measurement, and creative strategy.
Ability to manage a portfolio in advertising or media sales and consistently exceed quotas to drive growth.
Strategic thinking about complex issues with the ability to develop recommendations and action plans.
Ability to work quickly, be bold, and adapt in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities
Meet ambitious quarterly growth goals, delivering an excellent experience to Google's advertisers within EMEA.
Build and manage a pipeline by proactively identifying high-potential businesses and collaborating with marketing teams.
Establish relationships via calls or email, designing effective marketing strategies using expert product knowledge to ensure long-term customer success.
Consult with C-level clients to achieve online marketing and business goals using Google’s marketing solutions (e.g., YouTube, Search, Display Network).
