* Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead hiring for indirect roles and support high-volume recruitment, ensuring a smooth and welcoming candidate experience.
* Performance Support: Partner with managers to drive effective performance management and constructive feedback practices.
* Employee Relations: Provide confident guidance on employee relations matters, helping resolve issues fairly and professionally.
* Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits and coordinate with external vendors to keep offerings competitive and well-communicated.
* Engagement & Culture: Support engagement initiatives, wellness activities and cultural programs that help employees feel connected and valued.
* HR Metrics & Reporting: Compile clear, actionable reports on absenteeism, turnover, engagement and more.
* Strategic HR Support: Act as a trusted advisor to managers and contribute to benchmarking and continuous improvement across HR practices.
