Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of high-quality vocational training and rehabilitation programmes within a designated area. The ideal candidate will have a strong management background, excellent people management skills, and experience in managing multidisciplinary teams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training programmes that meet current and future requirements, ensuring compliance with Quality Standards and Certification requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in overall management of the training & development of service users in accordance with agreed programmes.
2. Manage progress of each service user through recruitment, assessment, induction, and IAP process to meet current and future requirements.
3. Implement and manage training programmes and achievement of training objectives, advising on revision and updating of programmes to ensure compliance with Quality Standards and Certification requirements.
Requirements:
* Degree or equivalent in management/business and/or training/educational/social science discipline.
* Minimum of 5 years management experience in a similar role.
* Project Management People Management Experience in managing, leading, and developing a multidisciplinary team with strong people management skills.
