IT Support Engineer – Dublin 11 (Hybrid)
Our client, a fast‑growing MSP startup in Dublin 11, is looking for an IT Support Engineer to join an expanding team. This is a permanent role with a hybrid working structure.
Salary: €50,000 – €55,000 + benefits
Responsibilities
* Hardware troubleshooting and application support for customers.
* Diagnose and resolve IT problems, implementing solutions to prevent recurrence.
* Support system software upgrades: planning, scheduling, testing, and coordination with operations.
* Project manage multiple projects to successful implementation.
* Provide desktop support for users of varying skill levels, assist with new machine integrations and peripheral device configuration.
Requirements
* 3+ years in MSP or similar role.
* Strong networking skills: VLANs, VPNs, firewalls, Wi‑Fi configuration.
* Interest in technology and willingness to learn new technologies.
* Ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects.
* Full Irish driver’s licence (visiting clients once a week or fortnight).
