Revenue Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Management Specialist to oversee revenue strategy and day-to-day operations for our hotels.


Responsibilities and Duties:

* Develop and implement revenue management strategies, overseeing yield operations for each hotel.
* Conduct competitive benchmark studies and analyze market trends to optimize pricing.
* Provide regular forecasts of expected results, variances, and budget comparisons to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with hotel sales and reservations teams to drive revenue growth.
* Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates for each hotel.
* Identify opportunities to reduce costs through more efficient distribution channels.
* Lead the development of SOPs, coach and train the reservations team, and manage their performance.


Requirements:

* Commercial acumen and analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
* Ability to work independently in high-pressure environments, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to develop relationships with hotel teams and external partners.
* Capacity to balance short-term goals with long-term strategic objectives.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration and achieve business outcomes.
* Willingness to travel and adapt to different cultural contexts.
