A strategic leader will be responsible for setting the overall direction and vision for a squad, serving as the end-to-end gatekeeper of the mission, strategy, product lifecycle, and value creation.
The role requires close collaboration with investment portfolio engineers, architects, and operations teams to understand their vision and challenges.
The successful candidate will work closely with a team of analysts and engineers to deliver innovative, efficient, architecturally aligned, and timely solutions that benefit clients and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include developing solutions and capabilities to enhance the account management product/platform vision, meeting customer requirements.
Additionally, the individual will define, refine, and communicate the roadmap, mission, and plans for assigned squads, products, and initiatives.

Required skills and qualifications include 8+ years of experience in business/systems analysis, product ownership, product management, and/or project management.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a technology or finance-related area is also necessary.
Excellent communication, organization, planning, and presentation skills are required for success in this position.
Financial services industry knowledge and experience are vital, with investment management and/or wealth management domain knowledge being a plus.
Experience working on distributed and multi-time zone teams is also beneficial.
Leadership and influencing skills are crucial in motivating colleagues and driving solutions forward.
