Now they are hiring AI Engineering Leaders to design, optimise, and roll out their next generation of applied AI products and product features.You will join a growing international team, working closely with Product Managers, Subject Matter Experts, Architects, Engineering Directors and Data Engineers. You will use advanced Large Language Models to build scalable, production-ready systems that power real customer experiences.What you will do• Identify and optimise large language models for core product use cases.• Build and deploy AI features and intelligent automation tools.• Engineer AI systems that integrate seamlessly across data and compliance platforms.• Collaborate with agile Scrum teams to deliver customer-facing AI products.• Lead by example, mentor engineers, and drive coding excellence.Key projects•Customer-facing AI agents for global financial clients.(Investment banking etc.)•Secure data access and streamlining systems.(AI-driven automation to process, secure, and optimize customer data flows, enhancing efficiency and compliance.)What they are looking forMust be coming from a software engineering background. A hands-on engineer or architect is preferred.
