Job Description:
We are seeking an Employment Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will work with clients referred by the Department of Social Protection, managing a caseload of individuals and coordinating support services to help them gain sustainable employment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage robust case management plans for each client
* Use industry-leading assessment technology to identify client goals and barriers to employment
* Provide coaching and mentoring to clients, including intensive job search support
* Identify and recommend training solutions to meet client learning needs
* Maintain strong knowledge of the local labour market
* Organise daily schedules to include face-to-face meetings, phone calls, online meetings, and email correspondence
* Work closely with specialist services to assist clients in their employment journey
* Present workshops and group-learning presentations to clients
* Achieve daily and monthly contractual KPI targets
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent
* Minimum three years' experience in a customer-focused, target-driven environment
* Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
* Excellent administrative skills, including data entry
* Ability to build rapport and work effectively with diverse individuals
* Experience in delivering presentations in a group setting
* Strong prioritisation and time management skills
* Fluent written and spoken English
