About the Role
">A supportive role is available for a diligent administrator to provide comprehensive assistance with all aspects of employee lifecycle management.

This role involves delivering exceptional HR support, working closely with line managers across various departments. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Recruitment and Onboarding Administration
">The recruitment process will involve uploading vacancies, downloading applications, collating shortlisting information, arranging interviews, and emailing candidates at each stage. Additionally, the onboarding process will include issuing contracts, providing joining information, and conducting follow-up meetings during the probationary period.
2. Offboarding Administration
">Responsibilities will also include drafting and issuing resignation correspondence, annual leave calculations, and exit interviews.
3. HR System Updates and Confidential Support
">The chosen candidate will be required to update HR records, generate reports, upload documents, and maintain confidentiality when dealing with sensitive issues.
4. Fair Employment and Government Surveys
">Support will be needed with fair employment practices and government quarterly surveys.
5. Wellbeing Initiatives and Employee Benefits
">Assistance will be provided with wellbeing initiatives, employee benefits, and engagement activities.
6. Monthly/Quarterly Audits and Phone/Reception Cover
">Maintenance of accurate records through monthly/quarterly audits and covering phone/reception duties as required.
7. Ad-Hoc Administrative Support
">The position requires flexibility in providing ad-hoc administrative support across various teams and departments.
