**Job Title:** Healthcare Professional
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated professional to join our team as a Registered Nurse. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in the delivery of high-quality patient care.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* To work collaboratively with the Clinical Nurse Manager to support operational priorities and enhance the donor experience.
* To lead the team as required and ensure compliance with current legislative requirements.
* To practice within the NMBI Code of Practice and Scope of Practice, as well as the IBTS Quality System and Code of Conduct.
**Requirements:**
* To be registered with the NMBI (live register) in any division.
* To have at least 2 years post-registration experience relevant to the role.
* To demonstrate experience in managing people and evidence of recent continuous professional development (CPD).
* To possess excellent written communication skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy.
* To have proven IT skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook) and experience with electronic Patient Management/Learning Management systems.
* To hold a full driving licence.
