Cleantech Civils is currently seeking a Quantity Surveyor position within our team in Cavan. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:· Risk management.· Financial reporting including CVRs.· Budget forecasting.· Maximising cash flow.· Client liaison.· Report into the Commercial Director.· Processing of timely submissions for payment.· Liaising with Project managers to ensure beneficial outcome on all projects.Selection Criteria / Person Specification:· Relevant Third Level Qualification/Equivalent.· Experience with subcontractor package preparation and procurement.· Post contract subcontract management experience, Inc. valuations/final account negotiations.· Ability to multi-task across projects.· Strong commercial awareness and excellent client liaison skills.· Ideally 5+ years' Commercial experience working for a main contractor with a civil engineering background and experience with various types of contract forms.The above statements are intended to describe the essential responsibilities of persons assigned to this role.
