Senior Housing Officer Role
Our client, a well-established housing association, is seeking an experienced Senior Housing Officer to join their team on a temporary contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and motivating the Tenancy Support Team, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality service that maximises rental income for Association tenants.
Key Responsibilities:
* To oversee the development and delivery of the Association's Tenancy Support Service, including early intervention from the Tenancy Support Team;
* To manage and motivate staff within your patch to achieve objectives set by senior management;
* To take a lead role in welfare reform and anti-social behaviour issues;
