As a Multi-Unit Team Leader, you'll lead three tax offices, managing teams and driving seasonal business growth. Prior tax prep experience isn't required. The role starts part-time in fall, transitioning to full-time during tax season, with in-person work required.
Preferred qualifications include multi-unit management experience in retail, restaurant, banking, or related industries. Responsibilities include managing staffing, operations, recruiting, performance reviews, team training, scheduling, and tax preparation upon certification. Candidates should have people management skills, decision-making ability, strong communication, and proficiency in MS Office. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and tax knowledge certification are required.
