The Senior Property Manager will oversee a portfolio of high-profile multi-unit developments across the country.
Responsibilities:
 * Manage multiple residential estates and apartment developments
 * Lead and mentor property managers and administrative personnel
 * Liaise with contractors and facilities management team
 * Supervise debt collection and insurance policies
 * Ensure compliance with Companies Acts and MUD Act
Candidate Requirements:
 * Hold a PSRA Licence (Category D)
 * Have at least 10 years' experience in block and estate management post-qualification
 * Demonstrate ability to manage complex developments and lead teams effectively
