All we’re missing is you!ResponsibilitiesDevelop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test automation frameworks for Forcepoint's endpoint security agentsDesign and implement automation frameworks using industry best practices for maintainability and scalabilityWork directly with software engineers both locally and globally to ensure product quality objectives are achievedCollaborate across site boundaries to share test practices with low-level and system test engineersExecute end-to-end testing including functional, integration, performance, and security testing scenariosConfigure workstations, operating environments, and systems under test as needed to complete assigned testingBuild and maintain test infrastructure, including test data management and test environment setupConduct root cause analysis for test failures and defects, collaborating with development teams to resolve issuesParticipate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologiesDocument test results, generate quality metrics, and provide regular status updates to stakeholdersWork closely with a globally distributed group of stakeholders and remote development teams to ensure that all endpoint consumers get high-quality components on schedulePerform other duties and projects as assignedSkills And QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience10+ years of hands-on experience in software automation testing or equivalentStrong background and demonstrable experience in software testing methodology, testing processes, test development, and test executionStrong knowledge of desktop applications within platforms such as Windows and macOSProficient in Python suitable for test automation development frameworks such as Robot Framework and PytestHands-on experience with testing tools and methodologies including automation frameworks, large data handling, performance and scalability testingExperience with virtualization technologies and containerization conceptsSolid understanding of testing best practices, test case design, and quality assurance methodologiesAbility to analyze complex systems and create effective test strategiesStrong problem-solving skills and ability to debug test failures effectivelySoft SkillsExperience working in a cross-functional organization with distributed and remote teamsStrong communication (written and oral) and teamwork ethic within a diverse team environmentSelf-motivated and proactive approach to researching and learning new skills and technologiesCommitment to the broader range of product development goals (teamwork at scale)Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet strict deadlinesDetail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skillsPreferred SkillsGood understanding of working with automation test infrastructures and frameworksExperience with manual testing and test case creationPrevious experience working in an Agile/SCRUM environmentPrevious testing experience within the cybersecurity or security industryExperience with API testing and testing web servicesKnowledge of test automation best practices including Page Object Model and data-driven testingFamiliarity with version control systems (Git, SVN) and code repositoriesExperience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelinesJenkins experience including job configuration, pipeline creation, and integration with test frameworksDevOps experience or familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration toolsExperience setting up and maintaining Jenkins infrastructure for test automationKnowledge of test reporting and metrics tools and dashboardsBasic understanding of networking, firewalls, and security conceptsExperience with test case management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, etc.)Exposure to performance testing and profiling toolsDon’t meet every single qualification?
