Job Opportunity:
We are seeking an individual to join our team as a Technical Support Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking technical assessments of housing scheme applications, considering design compliance, costs, and value for money.
As part of this role, you will conduct pre-assessment discussions with Housing Association partners to facilitate timely scheme approvals. You will also provide technical advice and assessment in response to queries from external partners (HA's/Df C/Do F) and colleagues within the organisation.
The ideal candidate will have experience in housing scheme design compliance, scheme development processes, stakeholder partnership working, and technical assessment/reporting. They must also possess strong IT skills, including advanced proficiency in software applications relevant to the position.
Key Responsibilities:
