We want someone who can turn vision into features, feedback into prioritization, and a cluttered UI into clarity.What You’ll DoOwn and evolve the product backlog for AI-driven capabilities, M365 integrations, and the core UI/UX across the platformDefine and document product requirements that balance user value, technical feasibility, and business impactCollaborate daily with agile engineering, design, QA, and data teams to ship features on time and with polishShape intelligent, data-driven dashboards and build meaningful integrations with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.)Serve as the voice of the user, continuously improving usability and experience across the productUse AI tools (and encourage their adoption) to move faster—whether it’s writing specs, analyzing feedback, or exploring ideasManage release readiness, QA signoffs, and field enablement in coordination with stakeholdersKey RequirementsStrong execution mindset—you’ve shipped high-impact features and know how to manage delivery under pressure2+ years working with agile development teamsPower user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Notion AI, Copilot, etc.) in your personal workflowDeep UI/UX sensibility—you care about design systems, clarity, and responsive interfacesStrong communicator—concise with specs, persuasive with stakeholders, clear with dev teamsPreferred QualificationsSolid understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem;
