Job Description
The role of Senior Regulatory Analyst is pivotal in ensuring the Group's operations remain compliant with the latest regulatory standards. Reporting to the Senior Regulatory Change Manager, this position plays a crucial part in maintaining the Group Outsourcing Framework and overseeing outsourced activities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain the Group Outsourcing Framework by supporting its maintenance and ensuring it remains up-to-date.
* Support the operation of the Group Outsourcing Forum and conduct ongoing analysis of regulatory changes related to outsourcing and delegation.
* Provide guidance to the business as a subject matter expert on regulatory matters.
* Support the oversight of outsourced activities by conducting risk and due diligence assessments at the outset and on an ongoing basis.
* Maintain the Outsourcing Register and support regular due diligence reviews of outsourced providers.
* Assist with the completion of regulatory applications as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications

* Sound regulatory expertise and strong alignment to Aztec Group values.
* A high level of integrity and strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
* Proven ability to develop good collaborative working relationships within the business across multiple stakeholders.
* Negotiation skills and ability to lead and influence individuals at all levels in a positive constructive way.
* A university degree and/or a relevant professional qualification.
* At least 4 years of relevant experience, including experience of performing oversight of outsourced activities within a financial services environment.
