Our client is seeking an innovative and results-driven Brand Manager to join their team in Kilkenny. Founded in 1989, our client is a leading manufacturer of bespoke and standard showering solutions. While primarily serving the Irish market, the company also undertakes prestigious hospitality projects across Europe. This is an exciting opportunity to strengthen brand identity and drive consistent messaging across digital and traditional platforms.
As part of a small but ambitious team of 40+ employees, this role will suit someone who is a curious self-starter and enjoys being hands-on across all aspects of marketing and the wider business. You will work closely with senior leadership, product, and sales teams to enhance brand storytelling and customer engagement across all touchpoints — from online presence to in-store and Brand Home experiences.
The Ideal Candidate
You are a self-motivated marketing all-rounder with a passion for building brands through creative, high-impact campaigns and storytelling. You’re comfortable managing everything from social content to event planning, interpreting brand guidelines for varied contexts, and actively representing the business at industry events or in front of key stakeholders. You’ll thrive in a collaborative environment and be eager to play a visible role in a business that values creativity, initiative, and personal connection.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Develop high-quality marketing materials including video content, brochures, sales packs, in-store POS, and brand presentations
* Create engaging social media content and interpret brand guidelines for different platforms and audiences
* Collaborate with product development and sales teams to ensure smooth, well-branded product launches
* Plan and manage events, in-store activations, and workshops in collaboration with sales teams and key industry contacts
* Host tours of the company’s Brand Home, telling the brand story with authenticity and pride
* Align marketing strategy with broader business and sales goals
* Analyse marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data insights
* Monitor trends and opportunities within the bathroom, interiors, and design sectors
* Occasional travel to attend meetings, trade shows, and support field marketing activity
Key Competencies & Skills
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in brand marketing, content creation, or digital marketing, ideally in the interiors or home sector
* A broad marketing skillset suited to a smaller, agile business environment
* Proven ability to interpret brand guidelines for digital and physical marketing assets
* Strong writing and editing abilities tailored to a design-savvy audience
* Proficiency with social media, content management systems, and email marketing tools
* Ability to plan and execute in-store activations and represent the brand with confidence
* Personable, confident communicator
* Excellent project management and time management skills
* Creative thinker with a positive, adaptable approach
* Passion for design and interiors is a distinct advantage
