Join our dynamic team and help empower our customers. We are seeking a Retention Advisor for our Customer Retention Team at our Dublin head office. This role features a competitive salary and an improved commission structure.
Ideal candidates will be friendly, competitive, and results-driven, with excellent communication skills. Sales experience is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers in reducing their energy costs
* Identify reasons for customer churn to improve services
* Handle calls from customers seeking better energy offers
* Maintain KPIs to ensure performance and reduce churn
* Build strong customer relationships to foster loyalty
* Mentor and coach junior team members
* Participate in additional phone-based activities as needed
* Utilize retention tools to retain customers
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and relationship management skills
* Experience in sales roles
