Job Description & RequirementsA General Manager (Business Management) in jewellery oversees all operations, driving sales and brand growth through strategic leadership, financial management, marketing, and team development, ensuring a luxurious client experience from sales floor to production, managing budgets, and aligning operations with company vision to hit targets, focusing on KPIs like sales, profitability, and brand image.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies, set performance goals, and identify new market opportunities.Operational Excellence: Supervise daily operations (showroom, production, marketing, HR, finance) and ensure smooth inter-departmental collaboration.Sales & Marketing: Oversee sales targets, marketing campaigns, and brand promotions, maintaining a consistent luxury image.Financial Management: Control budgets, minimize costs, maximize efficiency, and monitor sales/revenue reports.Client Experience: Ensure exceptional customer service, manage VIP clienteling, and oversee after-sales service.Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and inspire teams to deliver high standards, leading by example.Inventory & Merchandising: Maintain stock levels, manage visual merchandising, and conduct stock takes.Core Skills & QualificationsRelevant Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Proven experience in luxury retail, jewellery, or business management.Strong financial acumen and understanding of KPIs.Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to analyze market trends and strategize for growth.All are welcome
