Job Overview
The Group HR Manager will oversee the development and implementation of Human Resources strategies that align with the organisation's goals.
* Direct industrial relations, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and managing employee benefits and entitlements.
* Oversee investigations into staffing issues and complaints about staff disciplinary matters.
* Develop a Training and Development Strategy to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
* Collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation to drive post-implementation improvements and extract additional value from HR systems.
* Ensure cooperative employee and industrial relations through regular meetings with General Managers and other communication initiatives.
* Provide leadership in change management to ensure HR policies, programmes, and activities are aligned to organisational goals.
