Are you a commercially-savvy user interface designer?
We're looking for a Designer to join us on a 6-month contract (longer if part-time) to help us evolve our digital experience across our customer portal, website and app.
If you love working with a bold brand and making complex systems feel simple — we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Design high-quality, customer-facing UI for web and app.
Collaborate closely with product, development and commercial teams.
Help implement designs via (a big plus to have, not a dealbreaker)
What We're Looking For
3+ years' experience in a UI design or product design role
Basic knowledge of Front-End Development to collaborate effectively with engineers.
Ability to solve problems creatively and strategically, with attention to detail
Experience working with Figma.
Experience working with or similar
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
Familiarity with the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
