About This Role:
We are seeking an experienced Hotel Maintenance Manager to oversee the day-to-day maintenance of a four-star hotel, including overseeing an upgrade and expansion project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintenance Management: Manage planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance across all areas of the hotel.
* Contractor Oversight: Lead and coordinate external contractors and service providers.
* Safety Compliance: Liaise with architects, consultants throughout phases including fire safety systems, lifts statutory records monitoring timelines quality cost control projects manage budgets contribute capex planning management responsibility
