Description: Baker with baking experience required for full time position with award winning bakery, Bread 41, 41 Pearse Street, Dublin 2, Ireland.

We are looking for a baker with experience to join our bread team. You will work closely with our head baker on sourdough production, product development and milling of flour, and our pastry section as well as kitchen health and hygiene maintenance.
The ideal candidate would have experience working with sourdough, some pastry knowledge and have creativity and be a team player.
Must have experience in mixing dough, managing fermentation, scaling and shaping, and baking.
Must have experience and training in kitchen health and hygiene procedures.
2 years experience in professional baking or pastry setting needed. Must have professional experience.
This is a full time permanent position.
39 hours per week.
Salary per annum, Euro 34,000
