I’ve partnered with a leading Irish plc to recruit for a Finance Manager. The role is responsible for management and financial reporting assisting with the production of the Group quarterly forecasts, annual budget and 5 year plans and reports into the Group Head. 12-18 month contract with salary c. €85k
Responsibilities
* Management and Financial Reporting
* Ensuring compliance with IFRS
* Overseeing group budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis
* Drive improvements, continuous improvements and learning
* Assist the Group Finance team with the preparation of the monthly consolidations
* Assist in the preparation of the MIP in accordance with strict deadlines
* Deliver best-in-class high quality external and internal reporting
* Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets and forecasts for numerous entities
* Manage full Trial Balance of the various companies
* Preparation of statutory financial statements for a number of Head Office companies
* Management of statutory financial statements process across the Group
* Provide ad-hoc management reports
* Draft commentary and analysis on financial reports
Requirements
* Qualified Accountant with 3-5 years PQE
* Detailed knowledge of IFRS (16) and other technical accounting areas
* Experience working with a large, complex organisation
* High standard of written and verbal English
* Ability to deliver accurate, high quality work and reports to deadlines and to required standards
