Key Responsibilities:
* Preparing, formatting, and proofreading a range of legal documents and correspondence.
* Transcribing dictations.
* Managing client files and ensuring accurate filing (both paper and digital).
* Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and post.
* Scheduling meetings, diary management, and organizing court dates or appointments.
* Communicating professionally with clients, courts, and third parties.
* Supporting in document preparation for court hearings or transactions.
* Maintaining confidentiality and ensuring compliance with all legal and data protection standards.
* Assisting with billing, invoicing, and legal aid paperwork where applicable.

Requirements:
* Previous experience as a legal secretary or legal administrator.
* Excellent typing and MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel).
* Familiarity with legal terminology and processes.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
* Experience in conveyancing is an advantage.
