Commercial Executive — Managed Partner Services

Location: Dublin | HYBRID
Role Purpose
The Commercial Executive supports the CPO, Managed Partner Services in developing and delivering commercially attractive propositions for pharmaceutical manufacturers. Combining rigorous analysis, market insight and relationship management, the role identifies, coordinates and progresses project proposals that strengthen the companys position and expand its offering in the Irish manufacturer services market. It is a hands‑on, analytical role at the heart of a small, senior, build‑phase team.
Key Responsibilities
Opportunity Development & Proposition Support
Support the CPO, Managed Partner Services in identifying, scoping and coordinating new commercial project proposals with pharmaceutical manufacturers and other relevant partners
Support the expansion of existing proposals by identifying additional value pools, adjacent use cases, and opportunities to deepen manufacturer engagement
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposed solutions are operationally feasible, commercially robust and aligned with the wider business strategy
Contribute to post-project reviews by gathering feedback, tracking outcomes, and recommending practical improvements to future propositions
Commercial Analysis & Business Case Development
Person Specification
3-5 years experience in management consulting, commercial strategy, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, procurement, category management, business development, or a related analytical role
Strong analytical capability — including comfort with commercial data, Excel or similar tools, and structured problem solving
Clear written communication and ability to produce concise, well-structured slides, memos, proposals and decision papers
Demonstrated ability to turn ambiguous commercial questions into structured analysis and practical outputs
Comfortable operating in a developing business area where processes, propositions and ways of working are still being shaped
Third-level qualification — typically in business, science, pharmacy, life sciences, healthcare management, economics, or a related discipline
