Marketing Executive

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering all online and offline activities in the Distribution Division, focusing predominantly on Finol Oils and Gem Oils marketing strategy. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the broader management and sales team to support the vision and growth of the company. You are ambitious and a top performer with experience in moving fast while solving problems.
Responsibilities
* The Marketing Executive will be responsible for the following:
* Work with the Senior Marketing Manager and Marketing Executives to plan, implement, measure and report on marketing initiatives in line with company objectives and KPIs set
* Contribute to building, planning, and managing the marketing strategy for Finol Oils and Gem Oils.
* Develop and implement effective digital marketing multi-channel campaigns including content, email marketing and social media promotion across our websites to grow online presence and secure high-quality leads
* Create and publish a variety of content across our marketing channels including SEO articles, whitepapers, eBooks, infographics and videos
* Assist key stakeholders in new product launches through online and offline initiatives
* Manage the Tricel Distribution Division websites (Finol and Gem Oils), continuously optimizing the user experience and conversion
* Systematically conduct market research, competitor analysis and record customer feedback, and share insights with stakeholders
* Provide assistance and support to the sales teams in lead generation, product promotion and market intelligence
* Understand and document user personas and the buyer journey to support the creation of high value content that resonates with our customers
* Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing reports to track performance and ROI, as well as using this data to identify opportunities for growth or fast correct initiatives
* Prepare and deliver targeted email campaigns to help achieve lead generation targets
* Manage all tradeshows and customer events throughout the year.
* Liaise with stakeholders internally and externally throughout the organisation
* Identify and execute targeted advertising campaigns with key partners that align with our core customer base.
* Create product and technical editorial content to support and enhance advertising campaigns.
* Actively participate in cross-functional initiatives across the Distribution Division as required.
Experience And Qualifications
* Degree in Marketing or related discipline
* Proven marketing experience delivering tangible results in a fast-paced environment.
* Digital Marketing experience is essential
* Experience in Search Engine Optimisation a distinct advantage
* Experience in working with and quickly adopting marketing platforms and tools e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite
* Approaches problems with curiosity and open-mindedness
* Ability to work quickly and accurately across multiple teams and locations, and readily adapt to a changing and dynamic environment
* Customer centricity is a distinct advantage
* Excellent interpersonal, communications, networking and influencing skills
* Strong analytical and organisational skills are essential to evaluate both online and offline business opportunities, challenges and performance
* Enthusiastic team player with an ability to listen, learn, contribute and influence
* Strategic thinker with a creative, innovative approach to team projects focused on results
