My client, a well-established government health body. are looking for experienced and qualified Social Care Workers for relief working hours across Galway.

Key duties:
1. Provide practical, emotional, and social support to clients.
2. Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
3. Conduct needs assessments and to contribute to care plans.
4. Monitor and review care plans for client needs.
5. Advocate for clients and consult with multidisciplinary teams.
6. Maintain accurate client records and reports.
7. Promote social inclusion and independent living skills.
Essential criteria:
8. Level 7 or 8 degree or qualification in Social Care
9. Full CORU registration (or actively progressing)
10. Completed Safeguarding & Medication Management training
11. Full current driving license
