Specification Sales Manager Role Overview
This is a consultative, project-driven position where no two projects are the same. You will work closely with developers, specifiers, contractors and self-builders to manage projects from initial specification through to completion.

Sales Strategy & Project Management
* You will be responsible for developing strong relationships across residential construction and providing technical & commercial input on bespoke solutions to clients.
* Your focus will be on managing multiple sales projects simultaneously while meeting targets and exceeding client expectations.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
persons appointed in this role should have exposure to residential development or construction and possess excellent commercial awareness and relationship-building skills.
