**Problem-Solving -** A practical aptitude for solving workplace issues and providing recommendations is valuable.
**Clerical Skills -** Strong foundational clerical skills are necessary for tasks like filing, drafting correspondence.
**Adaptability -** The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is important.
