Wicklow – 'the Garden of Ireland' – known for hiking, cycling, trail running and other outdoor activities. The office is five minutes from Bray's seafront where people enjoy walks, sea swimming, surfing, cafes, and restaurants, and 30 minutes from Dublin City Centre, for those looking for more vibrant evenings, weekends and nightlife.Qualifications Excellent portfolio of industrial design experience showcasing your skills, thinking, and methodologyBachelor's degree in industrial designMinimum 3 years professional experience (ideally in consultancy but not essential)Fluent and confident with hand sketching and craft modellingExceptional aesthetic sensibilityEmpathetic to user needs, motivations, and behavioursThorough understanding of three-dimensional design and skilled with Rhino/Solid Works and Keyshot (or similar).Proficiency across multiple design tools you will use in projects (e.g. Miro, Figma, Adobe Creative suite, Teams etc.)Experienced at tuning in to brand values and crafting compelling storiesExperience working with consumer and healthcare brands is a positive but not essentialExcellent communication and presentation skills with a strong ability to articulate and convince others of your ideas and strategiesSolid understanding of industry trends and advancements in design and creativityGood understanding of engineering and manufacturing requirementsKnowledgeable and passionate about emerging technologies (AI, Machine learning, Generative AI, XR, etc.) and its impact on design solutions.Additional InformationLife At PA encompasses our peoples' experience at PA.
