Job Title: Human Resources Specialist
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Human Resources Specialist to join our organization.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including payroll administration, employee benefits, recruitment, employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and organizational policies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the full lifecycle of employees, from recruitment to onboarding, learning and development, absenteeism management, and exit procedures.
* Prepare reports related to payroll, benefits, and HR metrics.
* Assist with the management of employee relations activities, including internal communications, employee forums, and newsletters.
* Develop and maintain HR policies, ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements and organizational standards.
* Maintain accurate records and data in HR systems.
The ideal candidate should possess previous experience in HR, payroll, or benefits administration, as well as a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
This is a part-time permanent position over four days, subject to a 6-month probationary period. Flexible working arrangements are available, with some remote work permitted.
