Community Operations Analyst - Japanese
Location - Dublin
Contract type - Permanent
Working hours - Day (9am - 5.30pm) or Evening shift (6pm to 2am)

Responsibilities:
* Assist our client’s community and help resolve inquiries empathetically, accurately, and on time.
* Become and remain knowledgeable about client’s products and community standards.
* Make well-balanced decisions and advocate effectively for our community.
* Investigate and resolve issues reported on client’s platform, such as account support requests and reports of abusive content.
* Respond to user inquiries with high quality, speed, empathy, and accuracy.
* Use market-specific knowledge, signals, and insights to improve community support.
* Gather and analyze data to enhance user experience.
* Enforce client’s Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse.
* Review reported content within standard turnaround times and quality standards.
* Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
* Recognize trends and escalate issues outside company policy.
* Operate in a pressured, fast-paced environment with resilience.
* Adapt positively to challenges and make decisions effectively.
* Manage time and prioritize tasks efficiently.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team and meet KPIs.
Candidate Experience:
* Proficient in market language and English.
* Cultural understanding of the market.
* Reliable, consistent, and hardworking.
* Passionate about ensuring a positive, safe user experience.
* Flexible to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects.
* Quick learner.
* Eligible to work full-time in Ireland.
