We're looking for a Commis Chef to join our weekend team.

Your Role
As Commis Chef, you'll support the kitchen team in preparing ingredients, cooking, and delivering high-quality dishes.
You'll rotate through different sections, learning from experienced chefs, and building your skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
What You'll Do
Assist in the preparation and cooking of dishes across the kitchen.
Ensure ingredients are prepared, stored, and rotated correctly.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety.
Support senior chefs during busy services.
Develop your skills by learning new techniques and recipes.
Contribute positively to the teamwork and atmosphere in the kitchen.
What You Bring
A genuine passion for food and a desire to learn.
Some previous kitchen or culinary training experience.
Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
Willingness to work weekends and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
A team-first attitude with good communication skills.
