Resident Welfare Officer – Property Operations & Security Oversight
Key Responsibilities:
* Security Monitoring & Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of the premises and monitor security systems (e.g., CCTV) to ensure the safety and security of residents and property.
* Crime & Disorder Prevention: Remain vigilant for any signs of criminal activity or disorder. Take immediate and appropriate action to deter, prevent, and report incidents.
* Incident Reporting: Accurately document and report any incidents or breaches of security protocols to the appropriate authorities or management.
* Resident Assistance: Provide support to residents, responding to their needs and concerns to ensure a safe and harmonious living environment.
* Health and Safety: Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed. Report and resolve safety hazards within the premises. Coordinate with healthcare services in case of medical emergencies
* Conflict Resolution: Mediate disputes or complaints between residents or between residents. Maintain records of complaints and resolutions.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a vigilant and responsible Resident Welfare Officer to oversee the safety and lawful operation of our residential property. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of situational awareness, uphold security protocols, and respond appropriately to any incidents affecting residents or the premises.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in security or property management preferred
* Ability to remain calm and act decisively under pressure
* Excellent communication and reporting skills
* Physically fit and able to conduct regular patrols
