Purchasing Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our dynamic purchasing team. As a key member of the team, you will support various administrative tasks to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all procurement activities.
About the Role:
* Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management
* Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and legal requirements
* Manage new accounts process, ensuring approvals and due diligence checks are in place
* Liaise with finance and project teams regarding vendor set-ups and approvals
* Maintain and update new accounts trackers, databases, and procurement records
* Issue and process Pre-Qualification Questionnaire forms for new vendors
* Monitor supplier insurance compliance, request updated certificates, and ensure records are accurate

* A strong understanding of procurement processes and practices
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
